The 3 tea spoons are in good condition with no repairs. They are marked as: John Round 1897 fiddle patten with an HC III monogram, W. Hutton and Sons Lts 1906, by RR 1929 with a CBC monogram. They measure 5 and 5 1/4 inches with a silver weight of 2 ounces.
Sterling Silver Queens Pattern Sugar Nips [$31]
The sterling silver sugar nips are in excellent condition with no repairs found. It measures 4 inches with a silver weight of .6 ounces and is hallmarked as Chester England in 1926.

Sterling Silver Cream Jug - London 1868 [$113.5]
The cream jug is solid silver with the hallmarks of maker ?S and made in London 1868. The entire jug has repousse' decoration of a House and Bird on one side and a barn and pig on the other. The cream jug measures 4 1/2 inches high and is 2 1/2 round with a silver weight of 2.6 oz. The top edge of the cream jug has 2 small split next to a repair (see photo)
2 Demitasse Silver Spoons by EV Sheffield [$11]
The two spoons are in good condition and are hallmarked as made by EV in Sheffield England in 1959. They measure 4 1/2 inches with a very small bowl and a silver weight of .9 onces.

自由ヶ丘にあるアンティークの銀食器の専門店「TEA TIME」でティースプーンを購入しました。店内は、それほど広くはないですが、自由に触れるのが嬉しいです。その時には、１本\2000のティースプーンが目玉商品でした。100本くらいの中から掘り出しものを探すのがおもしろいです。1800年〜1950年くらいまでの間のいろいろな年代のものがありました。私は、その中から1804年のBatemanファミリーのスプーンを見つけました。ホールマークからPeter, Ann & William Batemanのものでした。思わず掘り出し物にニンマリです。さすがに200年前のものなので、ボールに細かい傷はありますが、普段使いには問題ありません。また掘り出し物を探しに行ってこようと思います。C&Sや銅版画も少しですが置いてあります。

eBayのオークションでイギリス製のアンティークのシュガースプーン（$50）とレードル（$9.5）を落札しました。シュガースプーンは、ちょっと高かったですが、装飾が見事なので楽しみです。レードルは、銀メッキなので安かったです。今回は、PayPalで支払いをしました。カードで支払えるのは便利です。支払いは、送料を入れて$69.5でした。

シルバープレートのスプーン６本セットは、$19でしたが、ケースが結構ボロボロでした。それほど欲しかったわけではないのですが、安かったので落札してしまいました。ハンドミラーは、$29でした。こちらは、思っていたよりも大きくて重かったです。冷静に考えるとちょっと高い買い物だったかもしれません。今回の本命は、スプーンでした。$59とちょっとせってしまいましたが、希望通りのものが手に入って嬉しいです。1808年製ですが、1812年の年号と２つのイニシャルが刻まれていますので、結婚記念の品でしょうか？ かなり大きいスプーンですが、スープを飲んだり、カレーを食べたりとと、もろに普段使いをしています。

久しぶりにeBayで落札しました。8/23にアメリカから発送されたのですが、１週間もかかりませんでした。PayPalで支払いをすると早いですね。２本目の大型スプーンですが、前回のものよりも少し小さいです。逆にちょうどよいかもしれません。$70で送料が$5.5でした。約230年前のものとは思えないくらいきれいです。我が家で一番、古いものになりました。

1800年前半のフォークを２本落札しました。初めてのフォークです。$65と少し高めでしたが２本なのでこんなもんでしょうか？ 先端が少しすり減っていて長さがそろっていない部分がありますが、使われていた証拠でしょう。あとは、ナイフが欲しいなあ。
2 Sterling Silver Forks 1808 and 1816 [$65]
The forks are both is very good condition. The fiddle pattern has a LE monogram, made by William Eley and William Fearn - London 1816 and measures 6 3/4 inches. The old English is hallmarked as London 1808 and has an M monogram with a little tine use. Measures 7 1/2 inches. Total silver weight is 3.8 ounces.

山中湖にあるアンティークショップ「Garden Shed」で銀のジャムスプーンを\4900で購入しました。スターリングシルバーのホールマーク（片手をあげたライオン）が無かったので、国名を聞いたのですが、イギリス製とのことでした。必ずしもライオンのマークがあるとは限らないそうです。そうするとデイトレターも読めなくなるのですが、時代的にはビクトリア時代のものだそうです。購入したのは、写真の一番手前のもの。
